Yeah, I know. Perhaps it's a good thing that I'm getting a raise -- I sense an upcoming buying frenzy.

In Strangetown Sims, I ended up playing two families -- Ariana Roase and Gil and Agatha (I just can't leave them alone!). Ari had a good time of it -- she's gotten a promotion at work and is now a Gas Station Attendant. A little more studying and mood-upping and she should be getting another promotion soon.

As she's a Pleasure Sim, I like to send her out on the town a lot. Today she went to Similar Sights Sculpture Park and Lulu Lounge. Similiar Sights Sculpture Park turned out to be cooler that expected, what with the demonic Bubble Blower:

:p Ariana roasted some marshmallows over the flames, then blew some bubbles.

Then I let her have some espresso -- poor girl got all jittery. (More Demonic Bubble Blower Coolness in background)

After her coffee, she proceeded to Lulu's Lounge. She promptly led a Smustle Dance.

Then it was time for a soak in the hot tub. Pleasure Sims have low-scoring but easy wants.

Unfortunately, everyone's favorite bitch, Mrs. Crumplebottom, ruined things for Ari. But a few swigs at the bar put her mind at ease.

After watching a few people try the Electrosphere (she wanted to as well, but as she has no body, she would have gotten thrown out and thus negated her aspiration points) and getting to know the DJ, it was time to head back home.

Ariana had lunch, took a shower, had a delayed fart --

Then called and made friends with Korey Simpson, aka a Strangetown Mr. Big. Interesting note -- Ariana talked about the Diva she had met, and heart bubbles came up around her speech bubble! Later, she also dreamed a heartsbubble for the Diva. I know I made Ariana attracted to guys (she's Jim's future bride) -- have I somehow scored a bisexual Sim?

Yeah. Anyway, Ari took a nap, called Jim, then went to work. Upon coming home, her wants once again bugged me for a TV (I rarely have them in my Sim houses -- instruments and other Sims work better for fun), so I decided to get her one. My only requirement is that she mostly watch the Yummy Channel, as it will give her Cooking points.

Over in La Fiesta Tech, Gil and Agatha are getting by. Agatha took a stab at fixing the shower, then fixed some Grilled Cheese. Only Gil was able to enjoy them at first though, as Agatha was almost immediately called away to class.

Gil napped for a while after lunch, then went out to harvest the money trees as Agatha returned and ate. A passing townie apparently doesn't care for the Mad Scientist -- careful, sweetie, or you might end up an experiment.

After a couple of harvests, I deemed them rich enough to afford a cheap desk, chair, and computer. Gil promptly logged on and chatted with Otto Octavius while Agatha talked to Demi Love and used the telescope. (Hands up all who want me to use my hack to get Gil abducted as an adult!)

Incidentally, Gil made best friends with Demi over the phone -- I'm still leery about having her come over, though. Chemistry can be evil at times. (Though I like that Gil and Agatha are three-bolters)

Agatha likes the gaming feature -- keeping these guys entertained is a challenge sometimes.

After studying the appropriate skills --

It was time to write term papers, which was the main reason I GOT the computer. Term papers make Simcollege a lot easier. Gil was only able to start his, but Agatha got the chance to Energize and thus finished hers.

Gil choose to spend some time studying the stars, then had supper, licking his plate clean (literally).

I left them playing chess, with about a day to go until their finals. They should do well -- and I should get around to giving them a date soon.

Random Streaker Moment. The streaker had the nerve to look shocked at Gil after his dance. Bud, he's in the SHOWER. What's your excuse?

Work was done on "Boy Genius" and "Dusky Past." I also got the beta for Chapter Seven of "Teen Doc," so I'll try and put that up tomorrow.
