Day of Coolness

Yes, the day had its low points (another oh-so-busy morning at work and Gypsy simply REFUSING to give me the wants to get her out of the green), but ultimately, it was a day of coolness.
-D: How so?-
A few things:
-->Someone asked a question on the thesims2 community about customer careers, and someone linked to a guy who apparently does good ones. Curious, I clicked, laughed at his career of weirdness, then checked out what else he had done.
HE HAS A TIME TRAVEL CAREER.
-VD: O.O You're kidding.-
Serious! With chance cards and everything! As soon as Mod The Sims 2 reminds me of what my username and password is (I signed on to get the telescope hack, but never thought I'd need anything else), that is SO getting downloaded. There's also a Time Travel college major, but since my Docs are already through college, I'm not gonna get that.
-D: Great Scott, yes! That would be perfect!-
LoL -- and if I do get Open for Business, you'll have a side business selling electronics and robots.

-->revison_doc update -- despite Gypsy frustrating me, she got her Mechanical point for the scholarship and maxed her Logic (mostly because she didn't have far to go in either skill). So she's off to college now. April has also developed a mutal crush on Amar and will be dating him for the rest of her teen years.
-VD2: How nice. :) Though I was going through your old LJ entries, and I noticed something. Weren't you going to change her hairstyle?-
I was, but then I got to thinking. Gypsy and Josephine are supposed to be distantly related (all of Doc girlfriends are -- Doc is attracted to girls of a certain bloodline with certain traits) -- so it's actually appropriate that April resembles Josephine a bit. Genetic heritage!

I've been reading the group regliously every day. None of the other intro posts had costume pictures. I know, Kaja probably likes everyone's costumes, but still, squeeness!

I have both the time travel career and the major, plus a DeLorean "decorative sculpture." I can root around my downloads file and retrieve them if you want them for your Sims. It's cool that Kaja Foglio liked your costume!

Seeing as Mod The Sims 2 still hasn't gotten back to me, would you please? Perhaps I'll have the Martys take a semester of the Time Travel major in college. . .
(Quick question: Which version do you have? The career was apparently updated on January 23rd)
