I Was Good

I didn't succumb to the urge to play my FurKin Sims. Though I really wanted to.
-D: You know, I'm pretty sure that you're the only one who cares if your schedule is on the proper rotation. You could have played them.-
Yes, I know, but I end up feeling guilty if I neglect my other families.
-VD: You haven't played Kat or Mark's parents since they moved to college.-
Er, if I neglect the families I actually care about. I keep meaning to move the Von Nostrands and the Mathews downtown, but I never remember when I'm actually in the neighborhood. Maybe next time.
The current [livejournal.com profile] revison_doc update is about Gypsy finishing up her first Sophomore semester -- she's got the Agatha dress on now, so it's only a matter of time until your date. Specifically, it's two McFlys, a Parker, and one more FurKin entry away.
-D: *beam*-
Yeah, I'm looking forward to it too. Just gotta choose the appropriate venue. I also did succumb to the urge to make Gypsy furry briefly -- here's a take on GypsyFox:

-DW: O.o-
-VD2: You can barely see her ears in that hair.-
Heh, I know. Ah well. I think the fox tail says it all.
-DW: o.O-
What, she look weird human?
-DW: . . . Yes! I mean, Gypsy is attractive as a human, and I personally find her attractive as a fox, but the two together -- something's off.-
*patpat* Not like I was going to leave her like that. The furry dress-up is just for shits and giggles.
Oh! And someone else has some BTTF Sims. [livejournal.com profile] sillysimphonies has a house with Doc and Marty. They're pretty well done, though Doc has a bit of a weird hairstyle. *wonders if she could find a REAL Doc hair somewhere*
-VD: Probably not -- Back To The Future isn't that well liked.-
Hmph.

Editing what I've wrote on "Big Teeth" -- I've hit a wall, unfortunately.
-DW: Damn. At least you're still working on it.-
Yeah, I'm hoping revising the earlier bits will help me through the later ones. Also did some editing on "Extremely Crowded Mind," wrote some in "Boy Genius," and did some sketches of Clara, Lorraine, and George Puppet Pals.
-OD: So, really, not too bad a day.-
I guess not -- I also worked in a sketch of myself as a pissed-off skunk morph. Still wish I could get into a more productive mindset though.
-TD: Well, when I'm feeling lazy--
YOU??
-TD: It happens! Anyway, what I do is set up a series of short, easy-to-meet goals. Generally, as I get those done, I get reinspired and can get back to work on my long-term goals.-
That might work. Of course, I might just need to start going to bed earlier.
-VD2: The odds of that are running 10 to 1 against.-
-VM: Just 10 to 1, Dad?-
Hah hah.
-D: It would be nice to see you more productive -- perhaps you should switch gears. Do you have any other stories you could work on?-
Uh -- none that you would like.
-VD: Which means you came up with an idea for the [livejournal.com profile] backtothefanfic challenge. Out with it.-
Well, I was going to do a plotline where either you or Marty had to go to school while sick and ended up vomiting on someone -- then I realized that I already had one of the ultimate angsty sequences already set up.
-OD: *tentacles chitter nervously* I don't like where this is going. . . .-
I'm doing the day Jill dumped you.
-TD: *headdesk* Well, at least now I get to see if Lucy really WAS the better girlfriend.-
-D: I thought that's what "Past Amnesia" centered around!-
It still does (though it means I have to adjust the timing by a year for that story) -- think of this as getting the scene right.
-VD2: *grumble* Miserable bitch. . . .-
Yes, yes, I know. But you all end up with wonderful girls, right?
-Docs: *muttered assent*-
*roll eyes* I'm off to get that started and resist the urge to draw up house plans for the FurKin.
-M: Man, you're into this anthro thing, aren't you?-
*shrug* I like fuzzy, I guess.
