Wow, Productivity AND Sim Food

crossover_chick-D: You've redeveloped your ability to multi-task? Wonderful!-
For today at least -- I'm getting more written mostly on "Boy Genius" and "Unsolved Mysteries." *makes note to self -- get chapter four of "Boy Genius" up by the end of this week.*
-TD: Finally! *pokes me with the steam-powered poking stick*-
I'm working! Anyway, I've also been browsing InSIMenator and Mod The Sims 2 for some sim food. I like the stuff that comes in-game, but I'm still wondering about more meaty options for my FurKin Sims. I download Squinge's Downtown food hacks (now![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
revison_doc can have the lime-seared prawns he likes so much at home) and the Female-Only version of the breastfeeding hack. I know that Sim Males can get pregnant, but having them breastfeed is a little weird even for me.
-VD: Yes, us too. *makes a face*-
Then I go over to Mod The Sims 2, browse their food section for a little while, and see a nice steak. I go check it out --
And I discover exnem and his site, The Sims 2 Vault (warning, that last site has some pictures of naked, realistic Sim boobies on it)
Seriously, this guy knows his stuff! In addition to the lovely steak, he also has a huge section of pies and cheescakes, all OfB ready. And he has some theme sets that include the Hansel and Gretel house -- everything is made of candy and cookies!
-DW: That does sound interesting.-
Yeah. I think I'll download a few of his foods -- the pies and stuff I can use in the McFly Bakery I'm planning, while the FurKin will appreciate the steak and his eggs and bacon breakfast. There's also a woodsy outdoor set I might download for their future house.
-M: You've just been on a downloading spree lately, haven't you?-
I guess I have. I've gone from a practically vanilla game with simple bugfixing mods to a game that includes Victorian clothing, furry skins and accessories, hacked telescopes, and it's looking like a bunch of new food. But then again, it's rather fun to download new stuff. :)
Okay, back to the grind. After I get a snack, that is -- all this sim food made me hungry.
EDIT: Okay, after downloading some of this stuff, I've discovered that exnem's site is a paysite. He's included his pies and foods on MTS2, though, along with some other stuff.
