All Things Remain Equal
Jun. 12th, 2006 10:49 pmDidn't get as much done writing-wise today. However, I'm almost finished with the first draft of "Congraduation" and I did manage to get some more done on "The Originals." I also fiddled around with the Girl Genius Puppet Pals -- Agatha and Gil both have clothing details now (I'm going for 101 "Classic" Gil and Agatha, after all, these are Puppet Pals) and Gil has closer to the correct hair style. I might go ahead and ink in the dingbot and Borsch the Jaeger next -- they're pretty much set in terms of style. Borsch just needs some clothing details.
-OD: Well then, not too bad a a day.-
-TD: Just don't forget to finish up my page of "Boy Genius" for today.-
I won't, I won't.
Not much else to say -- I managed to sleep in until 11 this morning, then I went up to the grocery store for Mom. Unfortunately, I chose to wear my sandals for this, and now I have blisters. :( I hate having to break those things in.
-D: You wear them every year. Shouldn't they be broken in by now?-
Yeah, but I don't wear them for long periods of time. You of all people should know how long winter lasts in RI. *Docs wince and nodnod* At least I didn't wear the ones with the strap in the middle of the toe. . . .
-VD: You're okay, right?-
Yeah, I put bandaids on them once I got home. They've been fine since then. I'll be able to walk tomorrow, don't worry.
-VD2: We won't worry. That's Emily's job.-
-E: Hey. . . .-
*giggle* Well, you are a bit of a worrier. . . .
Anyway, off to finish off my current round of rereading at "Etiquette Hell," and see if I can finish off "Congraduation" tonight. *reminds self to check the word count*
-DW: You're actually trying to obey the word count?-
Well, there's never really been a word count to obey before. . . .
