crossover_chick-->Doc nearly got shot by agent Lee/Hoggle of NIFADOT (or, at least, someone claiming to be him -- another Lee/Hoggle was discovered dead in the girl's bathroom of Hill Valley High)

I am! Though I'm a tad concerned about who's going to play Doc55.
-VD: I'm sure you'll get someone who knows the character.-
I hope so. Mostly I hope we get someone who can keep up with the plot. Even Aaron was surprised at the turn it took, with all the secret organizations, and he's Father Time, aka the "Dungeonmaster!"
-VD: I'm certainly looking forward to how you resolve all this!-
Well, we have a breather right now in 1955. Though it's gonna take me forever to catch up with the topic after I go to bed tonight. Eeek!
-M: Not THAT much can happen, can it it?-
The RPG's been up four days, and we're already on page 33.
-M: O.O-
-VD2: Maybe you should just leave your computer on and check it in the morning. . . .-
I might just start checking it in the morning -- dunno if that would leave me enough time to write, though.
-M2: You did okay today, didn't you?-
I suppose -- FINALLY finished "Past Amnesia," did my page in "Boy Genius," and finished up the current typed chapter of "Boy Genius." I plan to start editing the next chapter in the sequence and work on a "Cut Scene With Klaus" soon.
-DW: Don't forget the August Challenge.-
-VD2: Or your Drabbles88.-

Next week I do start "The Gift and the Curse."
-OD: Oh, yes! Objection partially withdrawn -- how about some fan art?-
-DW: I dunno -- her only solid idea for that is the previous Drabbles88.-
-Martys: *groan*-
Yes, yes, I know. I'm not sure if I'm ready to go through that shit with you yet.
-VM: Ha, she fears us.-
-VD2: Why fear them?-
I don't fear them, I'm afraid I'll draw him too short.
-VuM: No, you draw us too tall. Which we like.-
Eh, I think it can go either way with me. Not good at proportions. Anyway, the conspiracy theories are taking up most of the available brain power at the moment.
Played the Clayton/Lloyds today -- even the RPG can't keep me away from my Sims. The girls freshened up, then started the day with a little shared gossip.
Clara had the want to go swimming, and two Body points to build up. I figured what the heck and built the girls a small pool. Clara cannonballed in for an early-morning swim.
Inside, Gypsy cooked up a late meal of spinach pie for her hungry girlfriends. Yum yum.
Then I sent Gypsy to the bookshelf to study Mechanical and Mystie up to make Sir Bricks-a-Lots while, while Clara and Josephine ate and fooled around.
Two happy events happen in quick succession -- Gypsy maxes her Mechanical, while Mystie finally gets her Bronze Toy-Making Badge!
I cheerfully start Mystie on a new project -- a clown-in-the-box. She completes it successfully and enjoys the fruits of her labor. (I was kind of hoping for an evil version, but what the hey.)
I then send her downstairs to freestyle for tips -- since I don't want to buy a TV (where would I put it?), it's really the only way to keep her near gold. Clara likes her performance and tips her handsomely.
Now, the girls were up very early because of the patch (I know, but the rotation means I still get families like this), and Mysteria's wore out from all her toy-making. I send her to bed -- she's got the night job right now, and needs her rest. The rest of the girls take a moment to excercise.
They all gradually drift off to bed as well -- Josephine is the last to go, first calling her friend Gretchen and finally making best friends.
Mystie is the first one up, and reports on Josie's new pal to Jennifer.
Then it's a brief trip back to the toy bench to make a fire truck.
Lunch beckons -- Mystie, Josie, and Clara crowd around the kitchen to get some foodstuffs. Gypsy, having already eaten, decides to have a friend over instead -- Adelaide, from the Hardnames.
Gypsy compliments Adelaide on her maternal glow, then gets permission to talk to the belly. She's so cute. :p
Gypsy sends Adelaide back home, then heads upstairs to try her hand at robot making. Like her Twin Oaks Park counterpart, her first attempt needs a little love after creation.
Behind her, Mysteria exercises on Josie's obstacle course. She eventually ends up fit -- only one girl to go, I believe.
Gypsy's second attempt at Robotery turns out much better.
George and Lorraine drop by for a surprise visit -- Clara catches up with Lorraine while George joins Josie in her pinball game.
After a bit of chatting and such, the two go on their way, leaving the girls to green and Gypsy to chat up Jennifer.
Finally, Mystie heads to work and the other girls go to bed. I leave them with a parting gift -- a small dresser so they don't have to rely on showers to change clothes.
Ugh, REALLY have to curtail picture-taking. . . . Not that I don't like this family, but 31 pictures for this? man. I'm actually taking less pictures in Twin Oaks Park!
Back to the RPG! Moose has joined the action! And I have some fanfic to do as well. Need to think up a title for the August challenge. . . .
