crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (Default)

-J: That time of the month?-
Bleh. Hate it. I feel more tired than usual, and my stomach just aches the first day.
-D: Well, it won't be here forever.-
I know. Still, bleh.
-VD: We don't like it either -- distracts from your writing.-
If it makes you feel better, I'm starting on that drabbles88 that could double for the [livejournal.com profile] backtothefanfic challenge fic.
-VD2: A little, yes. How about progress on other things?-
Got a page on "Boy Genius," wrote two pages in "From The Ashes Reborn" -- gonna need a new notebook for that soon -- and did a little minor editing on "Marty In Wonderland." I think I'll focus on the latter tonight, since that'll be going up first.
-HD: *attempts to pour me tea* Thanks!-
I keep telling you, I don't like tea. I have to have lots of sugar.
-HD: *empties the entire sugar caddy into my cup*-
. . . . I also want to sleep tonight.
-OD: *tentacles poke at the slowly-dissolving sugar hill* How much sugar do you put in YOUR tea, HatterDoc?-
-HD: Not a lot -- lump or two.-
-WRM: I generally have two with plenty of milk.-
-DJ: *yawn* One, half-cup of milk.-
-HD: And March has two and almost no milk.-
-RPD: I don't want to know where March is.-
-VM: Wait -- isn't March the start of the season for both hares and rabbits? So why aren't you going crazy with Dormouse Jennifer?-
-WRM: *grin* What makes you think I'm not?-
-HD: *spittake* Can we NOT talk about that at the tea table?!-
-WRM: I'm only joking! In Wonderland, at least, it's more of a hare thing. Not that I don't have -- urges --
-D: We do not need to hear about your urges.-
-OD: *tentacles squeak* Especially not in front of her.-
This is a bad time of the month for urges for me, yeah.
-DW: Moving on, I saw you spent a little time in Mad Hill Valley today. Cyd?-
Actually, I built a house! I'm very proud of it, it's not just three boxes welded together for once.

Outside -- yay for bay windows. The roof also has a lightning rod. Don't ask me why said roof is so flat, I don't know.

Inside -- I'm calling it the "Lemon Home" since I went with a yellow theme. It's basically a sparsely-furnished starting home for a bachelor Sim. Got all the essentials for skilling and having fun.
-RPD: Not bad. Is this where Eureka's Emmett will live?-
Maybe. It's certainly in his price range, but I want him to have plenty of room. He'll have a farm and a family not long after he moves back, you know.
-RPD: True, true. Figure out which girl he wants yet?-
I'm still holding out hope for a three-bolt candidate. I plan on sending him fishing in the next cycle, maybe he'll meet someone in Darwin Park or something.
-TD: That's nice of you, I suppose.-
Well, it's an interesting experiment. I want this version of SimYou to get a chance to choose your own mate. Right now, it appears you like Tori best, but I like Mackenzie. . . .
-D: He's still young. I thought you were going for the "single parent of an adopted plantboy" angle anyway.-
I was, but I'm not so sure now -- he needs a job when he leaves college, and it might be good to have a wife just so they can alternate skipping work or something. I plan on three kids -- adopted Marty, and both Wife and Emmett having one.
-RPD: You're getting him abducted too?-
<.< >.> I want to take a video of the birth.
-Docs: *headdesk*-
Come on, it's hilarious!
Anyway, let's go write and lose many times at Cave of Despair.
-TD: Your life will have no meaning once you win that game, will it?-
I just wish someone would comment on it on the games board so I could pick up some tips!
