Nevertheless, I managed to get wordcount. Observe, on my handy new NaNoWriMo Wordcount Meter (the old one's website apparently had their account suspended):
42255 / 50000 words. 85% done!
I'll see about posting Chapter 5 in a bit, since I finished that one the other day.
Now I have a book to read and some other fanfic to write. Though I doubt I'll get any of it done. Come on, Pats, pull out a fricking win so my parents will shut up.
