Too Yawny To Do a Full Post
Jan. 13th, 2008 10:16 pm-->Played more Alice. Decided staying on the leaves was too much trouble in that level and did quite a bit of "swimming." Finally got through it, and through the next bit too. I'm up to the first boss fight! The Duchess creamed me in my first attempt, but I know a trick to beat her, so I should do better next time. (Said trick? Get over to the fireplace and hop up. She can't reach you there, apparently.)
-->Football all went the way my parents wanted, so yay, I guess. Some great games, I have to admit. The Greenbay one was amazing -- I actually stayed down and watched a lot of it. The Patriots had some good moves too.
-->Slowly starting on Discworld. Thanks to fandom osmosis, I have already identified the Luggage in the first book. :D (I found out about that at GIRL GENIUS, of all places -- Phil threw in a reference in his Battle Circus sequence. Look at the first panel of this page.)
-->Still feel all right. Don't know WHAT caused my earlier nausea. Glad it's disappeared, though.
