I Am Not Useless!
Mar. 30th, 2008 09:47 pmLook what's up, everyone! Temporalnauts!
-VD2: *applause* Very nice.-
-OD: Finally, back to editing.-
Don't complain, you're getting a written story too.
-OD: I know, but I'd like to see the finished one go up.-
-VD: I know that feeling.-
Well, I got that project done, so you two can kwitcherbitchin'. Feels good to be a little productive.
Typical Sunday for the most part -- lazed around, didn't even bother to make my bed. I'll be changing the sheets later anyway. Did puzzles, read about horror games (much to the Docs' chagrin).
-D: Victoria, you know it freaks you out.-
You need not fear, I'm onto regular/funny stuff now. Though I still can't understand why some of it would. Alice was creepy in spots, and I got through that okay. Though, really, the Red Chess World is spooky. Kinda Silent Hill-ish, even. And don't get me started on the nightmare spiders.
-HD: You need to watch the Disney version again.-
LoL, maybe. I did watch some BTTF special features over lunch. I needed a dose of that again.
-DW: I'm surprised you didn't watch anything from Part III, considering how it's been on your mind lately.-
*shrug* I dunno. Giving NonTrilogy some love?
-D: It's appreciated.-
:) I really gotta watch the movies themselves again. Next weekend, perhaps.
-TD: Or when you get your Minimates.-
Ooo, maybe. *wonders when in April those come out, anyway*
-RPD: Dare I ask about Sims?-
Tried leaving it alone for almost a half-hour after the disk switch. No movement -- but it also didn't freeze up on me. I was able to quit the install normally.
-RPD: Hmm. Suppose it's progress of a sort.-
Yeah. *has no idea WHY FreeTime hates her* Is it really that much of a sin for me to want to have hobbies?
-TD: Maybe it's all an elaborate plan to set up the upcoming Sims 3.-
If it is, it's backfiring. I refuse to even look at anything pertaining to the next generation. I know, it won't be for at least a year yet, but I made that mistake with Sims 1. I won't be abandoning these families! Well, unless their neighborhoods explode. *looks nervously at Twin Oaks Park*
However, another piece of hardware is working just fine. :D I have more pictures from my camera! *love love love*
-VD: *bit disturbed* Marty, do I--
-M2: I've seen you drool over tools, Doc.-
Well, it takes such nice pictures! You guys know how much of a n00b I am with that. Anyway, shots from around my room:

Emily, Victor, Victoria, and Bonejangles on my windowsill. Victor looks quite pensive over his two women, doesn't he? Victoria's holding the forget-me-nots, while Emily is holding Scraps.
-TTV: Bonejangles seems unduly amused.-
Well, I really can't pose him any other way. *bemoans lack of articulation on him*

My BTTF collection around my room. Includes shots of my BTTF shelves, windowsill, pictures on wall, and my BTTF trading cards wallpaper border. I do enjoy my fandom.
-DW: You really do like that camera, don't you?-
I do! It's fun being able to take pictures whenever I want. Now if the next wave of Minimates will arrive, maybe I can start working on funny pictures.
-RPD: *teasingly* Are you going to buy that expensive Lego set for background purposes?-
Must resist, clock tower does not look right. . . .
-VD2: *applause* Very nice.-
