Thing spreading through the Rift:
Ask a character a question, any question, and they HAVE to answer completely honestly. Have to. It's the meme rule. Even if they'd normally lie, they suddenly have been hit with a truth serum of some kind and must tell the truth.

Of course, Rift-wise, I've only got one character. But I suppose you could ask the muses here. Or maybe my Sims, if you're really bored. So, list:
Regular Muses
Doc -- AU verse, Part I only (NonTrilogy)
VampDoc -- AU verse, Part I only, vampire (Vampire Doc Chronicles)
VampDoc2 -- AU Verse, Part II Biffhorrific, vampire (Night and Day)
DocWolf -- Museverse, undefined, wolfmorph
OckDoc -- AU Verse, Parts I-III, Doc Ock crossover, has the tentacles (OckDocumentary)
TeenDoc -- AU Verse, no movies, Girl Genius crossover, spark ("Boy Genius")
RolePlayDoc -- RPG Verse, Part I AU, previous RPG, ghost (BTTF Online's RPG)
HatterDoc -- AU Verse, no movies, Alice In Wonderland crossover, Mad Hatter (BTTFWonderland, offshoot of "Marty In Wonderland")
Tie-Twister Victor -- Museverse, Corpse Bride, able to travel between living and dead worlds

RiftDoc:

Query: Do your mechnical components not bring you any advantages at all? I understand that their installation was quite traumatic, but surely there must be something about them that you appreciate.

I -- I'll admit, it's hard to think rationally about them because of the way they were "installed," as you put it. I suppose I do like that they make me tougher -- as in, I can't really get a broken arm or leg anymore. (Bent one perhaps. . . .) And the fear gas from before seemed to work its way out of my system a bit quicker because of it. So I guess it does have a few advantages.
