Thanks to everyone who sent their sympathies. It was really appreciated.

So, yeah, we're staying here. Back to the old routine. I'm trying to look on the small bright side of this -- at least if the Rift explodes again, I won't miss it. (Though tagbrainitis seems to have struck most everyone -- tis dead at the moment. I really gotta throw Victor and Alice into dear_multiverse.)

It's supposed to be absolutely FRIGID up here the rest of the week. Pray for me, folks!

Ugh! I hate when it gets bitterly cold. I think it's supposed to get down to -20 F tomorrow night. I think the worst is going to hit the N.E. Kingdom, but still, anything below 0 sucks.
