Blowing Stuff Up For Fun and Profit
Nov. 14th, 2009 10:04 pmOkay, maybe not profit, but it's for a good cause. Yay rescuing the DeLorean! Boo to finding out what happened to Doc:
Doc: *reading his future self's tombstone* Shot in the back by Buford Tannen over a matter of 80 dollars? *turns to Marty, very upset* What kind of a future do you call that?!
-M: A really bad one.-
Yeah. Luckily you're stubborn and willing to go back and save him. :)
-D: Fortunately for me.-
-M: Like I would ever leave you back there willingly.-
Indeed. :p
Not too much else to say -- Doc's been having a nice conversation with a very interesting young lady in the Nexus, and even got himself a very cool book. Jules Verne in Cybertronian and Wookie. ;)
-RPD: Really? Now that's incredible.-
I know. I've just been hanging out otherwise -- and working on the NaNo.
30745 / 50000 words. 61% done!
-VD2: Now why can't you write like this for every story?-
Well, other stories don't have a time limit.
-DW: Maybe, but at this rate you're going to be done well before the month's up.-
Yeah, it's even scaring me a little. I can't help it, I'm enjoying myself.
-VD: It's her love of crossovers, I'm sure.-
-TTV: Has she ever written like this before?-
-OD: *tentacles chatter* The only time we can think of is when she was writing "From the Ashes Reborn." I don't think she kept the pace up, though.-
Yeesh, that feels like ages ago. . . .
Anyway! I've got Chapters 4 and 5 completed, you guys can see those tomorrow. Right now -- I think I'll read some more "Ella Enchanted." It's a pretty good book. (Even if I vaguely remember reading the TV Tropes page and thus am a bit spoiled on what happens.)
