I've actually grown FOND of this little family, can you believe it? I never thought I'd like Tannens, but Bart and Sandy are actually pretty nice Sims to work with. Anyway, they've had their kid -- a boy named, naturally, Biff. The

eurekasims update is pretty short, so here's some spare pictures that didn't fit into a birth announcement:

Half-awake cuddling! I hadn't seen this before! (Another reason I like them -- they're actually pretty good for introducing me to some new stuff. Bart's gotten two Hobby Lot membership cards -- Sue's Secret Kitchen and My Muse II Art Studio, while Sandy has the card to Games of Glory.)

Bart gets himself demoted. Bart had a weird day with chance cards today -- he went to work as an Executive Chef, and got a hobby-related chance card about playing video games at work. He could have chosen to show off the game or hide it. He showed it off, and he came home early with a demotion to Sous Chef. However, his next shift was later that same day. So when the time came, off he went again. And he got a chance card about writing a cookbook. This time, he chose right by picking to write one about Eastern eats, and got himself an extra 10,000. And since he went to work in a good mood and with enough skills, he came home repromoted to Executive Chef. Weird, huh?

Sandy becomes my first Sim to study parenting. This looks to be rather useful. Also, you can change a baby's diaper just by clicking on the baby -- but this results in a dirty diaper on the floor, so use the changing table.
