crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (exhausted)

As in, all the hard work's done -- my posters are up, everything's rearranged and such -- but there's some final tweaks I want to make. Once that's settled, though, I should have video for you all! :D
-M: *teasing* Want to get some more use out of your YouTube account, huh?-
Ha ha -- though now that you mention it, maybe I should take some video of either Emma and Holden or George and Lorraine on their vacations. Might be interesting (now that I've figured out the problem -- I had "small" set as the default size).
Anyway, aside from room rearranging, I worked on some prompt fic today. I tweaked my Telltale-based Drabbles88 -- have to find a prompt to pair it with, though. I also have a new prompt table of sorts for [livejournal.com profile] 8butterflyboy8: The Charloft Winter Bingo prompts. It's actually a contest of sorts -- you generate a "card," do the prompts until you either get five in a line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) or cover the card entirely for "bingo," then generate a new card and try to get bingo on that. You try to do as many cards as you can until January 31st. I don't know if I can completely fill each card, but I plan to at least get a regular bingo. I've already written up something for one prompt, so -- progress!

I also started on my Butterfly Boy-themed playlist. Here's what I have so far:

Get a playlist! Standalone player Get Ringtones

And some explanation of my current choices:
"Victor's Piano Solo," Danny Elfman -- Well, I had to have SOMETHING from the Corpse Bride soundtrack. BB Victor might be from an alternate canon, but I still have him come up with this little composition, so I threw it on there. (Note -- the one in the player is only a 30 second clip -- all that was available.)
"Perfect," Alanis Morissette -- This is basically BB Victor's (hell, ALL my Victor's) relationship to his parents. I think this song pretty much sums up Nell's attitude: "Sometimes is never quite enough/If you're flawless, then you'll win my love" I know it switches from "boy" to "girl" for the middle verse, but it still applies. (Note -- the one in the player is a live version -- it was either that or a 30-second clip again)
"Dunce," Voltaire -- I mentioned this before when I first heard it, but I'll say it again -- this is definitely a Victor song. I'm sure that this is how he sees himself these days: as an idiot who keeps upsetting everyone every time he talks. Uh, yeah, this is the low self-esteem playlist.
"Dead Girls Like Me," Voltaire -- Okay, this one's a bit of a cheat, but I HAD to include it! My justification is that Emily does flirt briefly with BB Victor in his world. And it doesn't fit on the Victor/Alice playlist. ^^;
"Fireflies," Owl City -- I've mentioned before that you could make a really good Victor-centered CB fanvid to this song. I think it fits BB Victor in that it could express his wonderment over coming to Secundus. And hey, it's about glowing insects! Not butterflies, admittedly, but close enough for a playlist.
"Tomorrow," SR-71 -- Okay, I'm sure you're all a little confused. "What the heck does this have to do with BB Victor?" you ask. "This is an angry-sounding pop song!"
Well -- it has to do with the fact that BB Victor is a latent Touched. Who goes active during "Secundus."

Yes, this is the song for him going Creative. The song basically sums all the turmoil in his brain at the time: "I'm not afraid of tomorrow/I'm only scared of myself/Feels like my insides are on fire/And I'm looking through the eyes of someone else" Poor BB Victor, I'm not very nice to him right then.

There will probably be more added as I think of them -- though it's a bit harder coming up with songs for just one person, instead of a couple *eyes Victor and Alice* I think I might have a lead in "The Birthday Massacre," though. . . .
