Eeeg. Just looked up the plot so far on Wikipedia. Between Edna and Biff, the DeLorean has become what ADAM is in Rapture - it wouldn't be dangerous if everyone used it responsibly, but not many actually do.

And she's gonna brainwash Doc, too! Maybe she and Dr. Lamb have brunch on Sundays and compare notes on Evil, Heartless Shit for the Greater Good...
