crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (Default)

The 9th, that lovely day where Marty lays out a plan, George gets all nervous, and Marty tries to boost his confidence with advice that apparently comes from Doc, but that we never actually see the Doc say. In a deleted scene and the novel, we also see George absolutely fail at punching someone in the gut.
-M: Yeah, that was embarrassing.-
Yes -- but the novel does have George succeed in punching a punching bag in a big way.
-TD: *thoughtful* Does breaking one of your own windows really count as succeeding?-
LOL -- when you bring in how wimpy his punches were before, it does. The novel makes it clear that George was using his right hand for the less-than-effective punches and his left for the ultra-effective one. Apparently he's left-handed, at least for punching purposes.
-D: I'm fairly certain he writes with his right.-
Yeah, but I'm fairly certain this was still in the days where adults would try to change a kid's handedness. He could have started out left-handed. Or he could simply have different handedness for different tasks -- he's right-handed for writing, but left-handed for beating the crap out of someone.
-VD: *laugh* Makes sense to me.-
:p Anyway, not much happening right at the moment -- keeping an eye on tumblr, doing a bit of essay work for Sci-Fi. Still gotta write something story-wise -- I think I might actually have a chance tonight.
-VD2: One would hope so. You've been rather lax this month.-
Every time I try to get into it, something seems to happen! And I still want to play Sims and at least one episode of BTTF: The Game! *sighs* I overschedule myself. And get distracted WAAAY too easily.
-OD: *tentacles lightly poke* Won't argue with you there.-
-TTV: Not to encourage the distraction, but don't you have a Let's Play to watch as well?-
Indeed. At least allow me my Helloween, guys.
-DW: Don't worry, we like him too.-
Yay for that. I'll get on that after we hit 10:04.
Oh! And I don't think I ever said -- my flying Minimate DeLorean is apparently supposed to be clear in the front. It's a "Phasing" DeLorean.
-D: . . .A what?-
I don't know, this is the same company that gave us "Clueless Marty."
