Quiet Boxing Day

crossover_chickWatched BTTF II on Blu-Ray with Setups and Payoffs -- the picture continues to be beautiful. :D I'm so happy to have my first Blu-Rays. Now I just have to pick it up for a few other favorites (chief among them Tangled and Enchanted, which lack special features in their DVD versions).
-HD: *pouring tea into his hat* Glad to see you're enjoying yourself! And who knows, maybe you'll get lucky with one of your birthday presents tomorrow.-
We'll see. :) Anyway, beyond that, my main activity was going into Steampunk Gulch and doing a little more work on Wonderland Park. Have a couple of pics:
I added the "Vale of Tears" area today. It's mostly a big pond with lots of greenery and some statues representing some of the animal life hanging around. The temple of Jumbok IV or whatever it's called is for a waterfall, and to give Sims some stuff to play with. There's also a picnic area, and a hot spring. I also added some axe-throwing stations over by the hedge maze, because it amuses me.
-RPM: *peering closely at that first picture* Did you alter the hedge maze a little?-
Yeah, actually -- added a small bend to the L. Makes it feel more maze-y.
-D: What else are you going to add?-
I'm still thinking of downloading some stuff for a "Fungiferous Forest" section, and I was thinking of adding some playground equipment -- though I don't know how I'd theme that. Still, it's not too bad as-is, no?
-TD: I'd say your Sims should enjoy it.-
