Been Watching Highlights from "Kitchen Nightmares"

I really don't know how some people stay in the restaurant business. The last guy I watched did a chicken stuffed with bananas. And prawns with chocolate sauce. The hell.

Anyway, just one more day until the weekend. Hoping to force myself into some form of productivity. We'll see how well it goes.

Y'know, as someone who's enjoyed chicken curry with bananas, the banana-stuffed chicken doesn't sound too bad. The prawn, though, not so much.

Really? The guy running the place must have done the chicken & bananas very incompetently then, as the people who had it hated it with a passion.
