Successful Mall Trip is Successful

-->Arrived about a half-hour early thanks to Dad driving me up instead of me catching the bus. I killed the time before the stores opened doing a loop of each of the malls three main floors, then sitting down and reading Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes. Good book so far, by the way!
-->Once the stores opened, I went and wandered around Newbury's. Got myself an Alanis M CD (Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie), using up the last of my gift card, and some new Spidey minimates.
-D: More? What made you buy this set?-
It has J. Jonah Jameson. XD Complete with Daily Bugles. You'll have to wait on pictures, though -- my camera has dead batteries.
-->After that, it was over to the food court to try the Chicken Pizziola Melt. Yum, though it was kind of a task and a half getting it -- I wanted to use a "$1 off" coupon, but apparently the way they've got it set up, it's a buck off a FOOTLONG, and only 50 cents off a 6-inch. And since I was getting a meal, using the coupon would have made the whole thing MORE expensive. *facepalm* Well, whatever, still a good sandwich.

So yeah, it was a good day out. Only downside is, lack of creativity. I'm gonna go see if I can try to get some sort of short fic written before midnight. Later!

- I got second place on one of the harder tracks in Arctic Thunder, and 1st place on a hard track on Mario Kart
- I hit almost every note on both my forays into Guitar Hero (granted, I play on Beginner, but still)
- I managed to rack up a bunch of kills on Sea Wolf
- I made some nice throws on -- can't remember the name, actually. It's a game where you launch a ball through various tunnels and holes to win tickets. I actually had a ball go through a tube that gave you ten tickets, then bounce and land back in the launcher so I could send it again XD
- I actually got some high ticket scores on a "drop a ball and pray it hits the right hole" game
- I got 90 tickets from a round of Fruit Ninja, which is a really good score for me
- I got 76 tickets from eating a butterfly before my character's death in the Frogger game
- The big one -- I managed to hit the 200 ticket jackpot on a space-themed missile launch game (basically, you're shooting missiles at a space station protected by spacecraft. Destroying the craft gets you points, but if you get your missile into the station itself, that's what nets you the 200 tickets)
- After all that, I managed to find a lot of what I wanted on the music machine -- including tracks from Nightmare Revisited! Was not expecting that. (I wanted Flyleaf's cover of "What's This," mainly)
