crossover_chick: Alice (Wonderland) looking kind of confused (AMA: WTFery?)

Thinking maybe it needs to take place over more time. . . Wondering if I should go with that December 13th date. . . Argh! Stupid post! I really did not need more confusion!
-TTV: Doesn't Mr. McGee himself have anything to say about this?-
Only that the only thing that could be said to be taking place in "real time" is the final confrontation with Bumby -- here, let me pull it up:
“. . .time isn't passing in a linear fashion for Alice. She's jumping around time and events over a series of months which lead up to the final confrontation with Bumby, the only event which happens in anything close to "real time".”
So yeah, a lot of what we're witnessing is apparently some from of flashback -- he later explicitly states that's what happened in Radcliffe's office. Certainly makes it fun to try and piece together what should have happened when! *sigh* Well, I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually.

You know, I was going to post the next Sin on my list, but my concentration's shot all to hell. I'll post it tomorrow. I will say that I got the next chapter of "Losing You" up on Ao3, and I corrected a serious oversight. Idiot me kept "Burtonsville" as the location in the time/date/location stamp for events that happen outside Burtonsville -- specifically, the visit to the Everglots and Victoria. This led to an interesting moment of being stuck for me -- after all, I'd never actually come up with a name for the place the Everglots moved to. And then it hit me.

Sandford. XD

Those of you who aren't Hot Fuzz fans are probably scratching your hands right now. Those of you who are are probably expecting the elder Everglots to happily join the Neighborhood Watch Association. XD

Anyway, just two chapters to go -- I'll post the a link to the completed version once it's all up. Then "Finding You" will go up, and then we'll get to work on "Forgetting You." Hopefully by then I'll have a timeline figured out. And chapter breaks.

Oh, yes:

Alice Progress: About halfway through Crazed Clockwork, "American McGee's Alice"

Doing well! I might actually be able to wrap this whole thing up by mid-October. :D
