crossover_chickWhy yes, the reason I haven't updated two days in a row is because my internet went out! And guess what? It went out AFTER the storm! Yes, somehow I had net through most of Hurricane Sandy, but after the worst was over. . .
I'm okay, guys -- we've still got the lights and everything (and our block seems to be the only one who kept power throughout the storm), it's just we have absolutely no net. I actually came into school three hours early (four if you count the bus ride up) out of desperation to have internet again. What have I been doing in the meantime? Mainly working on "Forgetting You," obsessively making a lot of my pictures smaller so they'll take up less space, and playing Alice. Want a progress report?
Alice Progress: Up to Chapter 5 - Dolltown Cellars, "Alice: Madness Returns" (Current Dress: Misstitched)
You guys missed my adventures in the Cheshire Dress with the Catnip Cannon. While the DLC Teapot is cool and kills things very nicely, I'm not so hot on the dress. Looks awesome, no doubt, but -- I dunno, I don't feel as satisfied when the enemies don't dump a bunch of health to go along with their teeth. Also it makes healing inconvenient. So it's Misstitched for the rest of this chapter, then back to good old Classic for the final boss fight.
So, yeah, I can't say how much I'm going to be on as of late -- I have no idea when we're getting internet back at the house. *grumble* I'll try to get on when I can.
Oh yeah, and Happy Halloween! I managed to get a couple of pictures of my costume before I left today so I could try and share them with you:

So yup, Aperture Science Test Subject testing Combustible Lemons! Lke the jumpsuit? Entirely homemade by Mom this Sunday. :D And much better than dumping 100 bucks on the official one. Yeesh.
