I'm learning how to cook some stuff so that my parents can be assured I do know how to feed myself should the worst happen. Tonight lesson: my breakfast muffins! Mom wrote the recipe down for me, and gave me some tips and stuff, but I was the one who actually scooped out all the ingredients and mixed them all together. And they seemed to come out very well -- almost all of them puffed up admirably. :) Hooray, I can make my own breakfast! Om nom nom. Though there was one small moment of fail -- I managed to burn my finger. Just a little one that seems to be healing up pretty fast, but man did it smart. >.<

Not too much else to report today -- spent most of it catching up on stuff, RPing, writing/editing, and watching Helloween's latest set of "Silent Hill: Downpour." I did get a walk in, though! Miserable most of the day, but the sun came out for a little while this afternoon, so I got out while the getting was good. It wasn't a particularly long walk, but it's certainly better than nothing. Man, if only the weather would break -- it's either been rainy and foggy, or too hot and muggy to do anything. Blah.

Also, since I've been listening to it a lot: Cover of Imagine Dragon's "Radioactive" by Lindsey Striling, alt-violinist, and Pentatonix, a cappella group. It's really something and you should totally listen to it. :)
