Feeling better about the direction of my life. I've been looking at the online courses offered by CCRI, and there's two that I'm interested in -- 12-Step Job Search program and Publishing An E-Book. Both are cheap, simple to go about using, and about stuff I'm interested in. So -- I might be able to do something with that. I've also found some legit local job opportunities at Craigslist I can poke at. So yeah -- much better on that front. If this cold would finally go away in full, I'd be golden. (Still coughing at times, nose running every so often. Other than that, pretty much back to myself.)

Also got another chunk of Chapter 15 of "Forgetting You" written. Just one more chunk to revise, then I'll be done with that section of the game! Currently looking like this is going to be the longest chapter so far. I think the Mysterious East is one of the longest sections of the game, so I guess it fits. More key motifs popping up -- who knew that was represented so strongly in the little memories as well as the big flaming door ones? Kind of wild, honestly, when you think about it. This is why it's so important to hunt out secrets and try to find every memory -- they all reveal a piece of the puzzle. I'm not only enjoying writing this because it involves my OTP now -- I'm genuinely getting into unraveling all the little hints and stuff about Alice's repressed memories. It does mean that I've got to rewrite large parts of the later chapters, but hey, I'm cool with that. Had to be done anyway.

Anyway -- there may or may not be things happening on tumblr, so I should go and check things out there. (And if not, I'll go back to looking at the Sims Wiki for funsies.) Later!
