crossover_chick: Doc snoozing on his couch (BTTF: exhausted)

It's that time of the month, so I'm not exactly with it. I've had to call my tumblr RP for the day (although I was able to think up decent in-character excuses for it), and I've been very slow with my one bit of DW RP (sorry, Ael). Hopefully a good night's sleep will fix the problem. At least I made some good progress in Chapter 19 of "Forgetting You" earlier. And with A:MR. Dollhouse is finished -- I did indeed 100% it. A note or two:

-->I like how the final "cellars" section has bits of the more colorful dollhouses stacked above the main floor -- it helps tie it together with the more colorful overworld, I feel.
-->Once again came close to getting savaged in the last few tough fights, but I pulled through -- and without even needing to use Hysteria! Although I've really got to allow more time for my Teapot Cannon to cool down. . .
-->Off With Her Head is a vile minigame. Reasons why? Instead of sticking with just side-angle fixed-camera or behind-angle moveable camera, it keeps mixing the two up -- and at really inconvenient moments. And there's a lot of areas where you have to be more or less pixel perfect to progress. Bleh. Glad to have it behind me.
-->The sight of the Infernal Train below one and the moving lines of Insane/Dollchildren are still so awful and creepy it makes one want to cry. I particularly hate when that one little kid in the Dollmaker's hand keeps crying "nooo. . ." D:
-->One tiny bit of awesome on my part -- got the piano music minigame right on the very first try. :)

So yeah, tomorrow I shall end A:MR by going through Chapter 6 and fighting the Dollmaker! I will let you know my final completion rate then. As it is, I'm going back to reading "Frasier's" TV Tropes page.
