crossover_chick | Last Post of 2013

Less than a hour, and the old year passes on. It's definitely been a year of ups and downs -- finally graduating from college, only to find that jobs were thin on the ground and having to go back to school to try and locate one -- but overall I can't say 2013 was that bad. Still, there's always room for improvement. Let's hope that the end of 2014 finds me employed!

For those interested, I've put chapters 2 through 5 of Boy Genius up. Go get your "classic Vicky fic" fix. I'd forgotten just how long this fic was -- my tendency to write novels is something that's been honed over the years, it appears. Speaking of which, slowly improving on Chapter 24 of "Forgetting You." Hopefully it won't be too long before that's up. Just need to get back into the proper writing groove, methinks.

One of my last acts of 2013 was finally getting Dragonvale for my iPad Mini. I'll be trying that out in the New Year, seeing if I like it or not. If not, well, there's plenty of other dragon games to poke at. (Seriously, there's a ton. I'm sure to find SOMETHING I like.)
