DragonVale's got a St. Patrick's Day icon, which is adorable. But, even better on that front:

Carnival Egg

Yes! After much trying, I have finally been favored with a Carnival egg! Capsaicin and Geo, both Level 14. Now I just have to get the Aquamarine and the Sakura. Got Ent and Sunny on that case, though right now they're making a Tree.

Other news from DragonVale: Still on my Silver trophy streak with the Colosseum; won plenty of money racing today; did a little dragon rearranging (put Gutknecht on the Cold/Air island); and started building another Large Metal habitat. Once that's done, I'll move Army into that and breed the Light/Metal hybrids to keep him company. Then Seismic will go into one of the other Earth habitats and I'll move the empty one to Plant/Water to hold the newest Plant/Earth hybrids so they can make more cash for me. It's all a very delicate game here. . .

I also played a bit of A:MR today, and I found my missing bottle from the Hatter's Domain! I'd apparently skipped over the one in Always Elevenses, which is behind a door you have to shrink under and at the top of a bunch of invisible platforms. Guess I just ran past it the first few times. This just leaves one to discover in The Mysterious East -- I'll have to go hunting. And watch that video on where the bottles are in that chapter. Hmmm.

Other than that it's largely been a lazy Saturday, and I don't give a damn. It was a long week, and I needed some laziness. Did get some editing done on the next chapter of "There's Always Tomorrow," though, which is good. And I am doing some RP tags on tumblr, though that's always a bit slow on Saturdays. People out and about, I'm guessing. Ah well, I like the quiet well enough. Right now I might just go track down that bottle video -- later!

*twitch* You know, I had a moment of weakness last night and debated getting a hack for the game. There's one that you can force how many coins, gems and food you have. I ultimately decided against it, but I won't lie to you...the temptation is there. Although if I did get it, I probably wouldn't use it except on like the very last day a dragon is available if I don't have it by then then I'd just hack the gems and buy it outright (unless you didn't get it...I want to be fair). *shrug* I've talked myself out of it for now.

Maybe getting the dragons to level 15 outright wasn't a good idea, though, since yours were 14. Hm...

Oh, and stupid o'clock update because I'm getting to go to New York today! The two main cast members of Psych (James Roday and Dulé Hill) are doing a meet and greet at the NBC Store (why as the show is on USA I don't know...) and a friend of Ed's was going and she was kind enough to let me tag along with her.

And I remembered to switch to DW since you seem to have problems with LJ. :) Whatever gets won in the Colosseum I'll just mention later since I'll be standing on line when he's done.

Except that all the hacks I found required taking a survey (and inputting personal info like address) to unlock the download or the password to unlock the download and the one I could get to install didn't work. *sigh* Serves me right for trying to cheat, I guess. I'm still looking for one that doesn't need that crap but until then I'll just keep running in place. :/

NY was fun! I'll do a write up tomorrow when I get to work with what pictures Stephanie was able to take of me. They expected way less people to show up than what did and so it was a lot of rushing and not enough time to plan the approach properly. Still, I'm glad I went.

And yes the trophy was a Gold. I threw Sparky into Lightning but now he won't be done until like 1pm.
