Not so much to get caught up on. At the very least, I was able to spare some time for Linkara. Oh "Kamandi at Earth's End," you never cease to be entertainingly horrible. :)

Not much to report on, beyond more typing drills and parts of speech learnin's at school and doing the usual 'catch-up' dance once I get home. I'd really like to do something on Dreamwidth, but I just don't really have the time. Maybe this weekend.

Did finish editing that chapter of "There's Always Tomorrow." I'll put that up tomorrow in a spare moment. Tomorrow's also technically the last day of winter. . .but we're supposed to get snow on Saturday, I think. >.< Sometimes I really hate March. I'm ready for spring weather already!

All right, time to finish up whatever shit remains for me to finish up. I will try to be more interesting tomorrow, but no promises. I'm not very interesting during the school week.

HOLY CRAP ON A CRACKER I FINALLY GOT THE CELTIC!! Now if this 12-hour something is a Carnival, I'll be happy. Cross your fingers!! I won't know until like 4pm tonight. I even wound up using 4 of my gems last night to speed shit along I was so frustrated. Have to try to avoid doing that again. I need those gems, dammit.

I think I'm going to try for the Equinox next since if I'm reading the Wiki right it won't last as long as the Sakura (days vs weeks).

Oh, wait. Celtics need a Rainbow Habitat...*buys a small one* One of these days I'll have the 10mil to get the big one.

And Siren had won a Gold and I threw Rooty into Plant. I figured he needed some fun after working so hard to get me the Clover. :p Although would competing in a Colosseum be considered fun? More fun than making eggs, I suppose...

I don't know if I'm going to continue to do the "get the breeders to level 15 before whatever they need to make goes live" thing considering it took me until the nth hour to get the Clover and Celtic and the lower level dragons just up and decide to give me things like a Platinum without even being level 15. I don't have the cash to make treats now anyway and with DV releasing all these limited dragons I don't have the time to do any profit breeding. The only thing I can do is when I hit 5mil is to make some Bean Stalks and go as far as I can.

Edit: By the by, Doug's got a "Behind the Scenes of Alice in Wonderland Review" video up. Well, maybe not on TGWTG yet but it's on his Blip channel. It's interesting.

*HIGH-FIVE!* :D That's awesome! And I'll keep my fingers crossed for the Carnival too. (They're seriously cute dragons. :D) And wow, you MUST have been. O.o Whenever you spend gems, things are serious. Well, here's hoping you've lucked out!

*nodnod* Yeah, it looks like it's got a nine-day or so window. At least that one you get three chances a year -- Spring and Fall Equinoxes plus Bring Em Back. I've got my Phoenix and Tidepool breeding steadily -- no go yet, but at least the fails from this pairing sell pretty well. Biff and Sunny may be giving me a Sakura, but we'll have to wait and see on that.

Why must the big one be so expensive. . .I bought it for my Celtic, just so I'd have it when he gets a buddy, but still. At least it looks pretty cool.

LOL, maybe? Glowy's competing in Plant right now -- it'll be a few before I see what he brings home. Thinking I'll throw Crackle into Fire.

Yeah, the random element kind of removes their advantage, doesn't it? This is why I try to level up gradually. Still, you're certainly going to get those shrines shinier faster than I am! :)

Ooooh, interesting. I'll probably wait to watch it until this weekend, though -- and by then I imagine it'll be up on TGWTG itself. I just don't really have the time on weekdays anymore.
