We had snow this morning.

Or, at the very least, a good approximation of the stuff -- perhaps more like slushy ice that formed thanks to the cold front moving through after yesterday's rain. NOT something you want to wake up to, let me tell you that! >.< On the other hand, this afternoon's high was apparently about 52 when it was only predicted to be in the 40s, so positive change ahead? I don't know, I just want things to go back to how they were on Saturday. That was weather I could get behind.

At any rate, life continues apace -- not being exhausted today, I could do a bit more RPing, though it's gone oddly quiet. Tis weird -- though maybe people are just busy. Might be for the best, what with my mood being a bit iffy thanks to weather woes. Still, Easter weekend will hopefully be more interesting. Already got one quick starter for Forgotten Vows -- should make one for Butterfly Boy too.

I've got a new friend in DragonVale, which is nice on the getting eggs and gems front. :) No new dragons as of late, though. Can't get a Sandstorm for the life of me. Kind of annoying, but I'll keep trying! And hey, most of the fails do give decent payouts, so there's that.

Continuing editing on "In The Land of the Dead." It's going pretty well, and hopefully you'll be able to see that soon.

Dusty won a Silver and I threw Crystal into Cold.

Nothing much else. Profit breeding and trying to collect the Magic Eggs. I'd say I'm about halfway to the halfway point in the bar give or take on either side for the first Ovalith Dragon. I did manage to NOT spend ALL THE MONIES and only made the 50DC Dragon Snaps last night to get the 40 eggs from it...took me a whole bunch of tries, though. Damn you randomness!

I briefly considered trying to breed a Dodo Dragon but then I realized I'd only bought the small Earth Habitat for my Sandstorm so I decided to hold off. Again, need Seventh Island before anything.

Got a Silver from Bunny, Bruce is working on Lightning.

Pretty much the same here, except replace "profit breeding" with "trying for Sandstorm/Olympus" dragon. Threw Penny and Quicksilver together this morning to see if I could snag a Cyclops -- no dice, but I might try again. I'm about the same -- and yes, I've been doing the Dragon Snaps trick too to help grab eggs. XD It's useful! And I think that has to do with the probability of eggs going down as you gather. . .eh.

*nodnod* Did my "five items for ten eggs" clearing this morning. Huge trees and boulder piles should come this weekend.

Terradiem is live. I'm using Air and River since they're both at 15 already. And first try shall be either a Motley or a River. I'm not gonna bother with the gems.

I just saw! And interestingly, I was already using Air and River in my Sandstorm attempts, so I can just keep using them. :P I'll probably level up one of my Air/Water dragons and pair it up with an Earth dragon to double my chances.
