crossover_chickFinished "In the Land of the Dead" today! First draft, anyway. I will let it sit for a day, then start the editing process that should start bringing some chapters to you to enjoy. Can't promise anything regarding speed, but I do intend to have it up completely this year. It's not that long. :P
Not much else to report -- Liberty is cooking in my nursery, but there's nothing else happening in DragonVale (though the wizards seem to be planning something. . .); Hearthstone was just two losses for my Hunter; RP is still kind of quiet (though busier than yesterday). Biggest thing of note is the weather -- bright sunshiney and hot inland, cloudy and cooler near the coast. I think we're due thunderstorms -- we'll see.
Anyway, might as well not go on about nothing -- I do have a few things to attend to. And desser to eat. :P Night all!

Date: 2014-07-09 12:23 pm (UTC)Sparky and Borogoves still stubbornly refuse to give me a Wisp, but as I've said before at least the fails sell well. The Hydra fails don't sell quite as well but I'm still trying for it anyway.
I'm almost to level 39 and I'm more or less saving for the Ninth Island for when I hit 40. My "shove everything here that doesn't go somewhere else" Island is very crowded with the Epics and the Opposites, so I want to be able to space them out a bit.

Date: 2014-07-09 11:00 pm (UTC)I think my Ruby pair is giving me another Electrum. Darn it, guys, I only need the one for now! At least it'll sell well -- and I think I'm getting a Cave from Jabber and Geo, so that'll help round out my Dark hybrids. Need to build another Dark habitat, though. . . Might do some major rearranging this weekend in regards to that.
I'm kind of saving for the Ninth Island myself -- I can actually afford it at this point, but I want to build up my buffer for clearing and actually having money left over. I'm thinking I'm gonna split my Epics, with Seasonal and Rainbow on Kairos's island for now, and Olympus and Treasure on the new island.
Yeah, I saw the picture earlier -- curiouser and curiouser! Still, events tend to lead to interesting rewards, soooo. . . Actually, I just logged in to get my DC count, and it has a name! The Firefly Festival! :D EDIT: And I just went to look for the update -- it's actually about putting in a darn day/night cycle! And yes, it's all about collecting fireflies. You can download the update now and get this adorable loading screen while you're waiting for the actual event to start.
