crossover_chickMore Linkara's Secret Origins Month tonight, and I find it amusing how straightfoward all of these early origins are. Just quick and dirty: "Character gains superpowers and/or suffers personal tragedy -- character becomes hero -- character quickly fights first bad guy and establishes status quo." No muss, no fuss. Just a ton of parent death and bad guys getting killed off-camera. Linkara notes that in his review tonight -- LOOOOTTA murder going on in the superhero world in the early days! Why you need retcons people.
Not much else to report on at the moment -- queues set up, replies almost totally caught up on, I proved earlier that Eric can take on a boss without much in the way of special ability runes and still kick ass. . .it was a pretty typical day. As such, I'm just going to wrap up and go to bed. Night all!
