Video Game Sunday Part Deux

crossover_chickManaged both A:MR AND Sims 4 today! :D Did the second Radula Room and got up to the beginning of the Octopus's section in A:MR -- still loving the scenery of the Depths. It's so perfect when you can actually turn the graphics up a little and have stuff like extra bubbles and wavy effects and such. :) and I found some teeth on some ledges I never noticed before! So that was nice. Gave me some good inspiration for getting more of the Depths chapter of "Forgetting You" edited too. Should be on-point to finish that up in time for Friday. :)
As for Sims 4, today was all about setting up Emmett and Marty's household, and giving active careers a try for the first time! You can see my results on my tumblr here. So far I'm enjoying it, though it's gonna be tricky balancing out Emmett's career with Marty's. Right now the hours work out okay, but it won't be long before he's home most of the time Emmett's at work. . .hmmm. This is why active careers seem best for the single Sim, in my opinion. Having a continuous clock makes things muy tricky at times.
Not much else to say -- caught up with Helloween's A-Ranking of Valkyria Chronicles, played DragonVale -- maxed out my dust today, should get the first Midnight dragon tomorrow, aaand I'm finally getting a Seasonal! -- did some RP stuff and set up tumblr queues, and reviewed the first chapter of a story on FF.net I've been meaning to look at for ages -- Bosiduval by Player Piano, if you're curious. About the Van Dort family cat. Seriously makes me want to do all the things with Forgotten Vows and his pets. . .
Right now, though, I have to get some sleep. Night all, sleep tight!
