Suprisingly Quiet Wednesday

Well, not so surprising at work -- most of my coworkers were out at the religious retreat, so I had the office to myself for almost the entire workday, barring the last hour and a half when a part-timer came in for her shift. It was quiet, but nice -- I did my work, answered emails, and even got in a little writing. Makes me feel very productive. :D

The surprising bit is how quiet tumblr is, or at least the RP scene part of it. It occurs to me, though, that most of the people I RP with are in school. . .and it being May, it's crunch or finals time for a lot of them, I bet. There's still a handful of replies coming in for my boys, though, so that's nice. And it's good for letting me catch up with other stuff too. And for getting me in bed at a decent hour.

Not much else to say, but I did get Chapter 9 of "Forgetting You" up on my website in its edited form! The link's queued on tumblr for Friday, since that's my thing, but I like you guys, so you can see it early. :P Seriously, though, I think the chapter is much better than before, so go and read it. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Apparently all of my breeding hints are unlocked, even the ones I never unlocked, so I have hints for the newbies. Actually, they're all the same.

It states:

The breeding pair of dragons must contain the antarian/arcturian/bizurian/polarian/sorarian dragon and either a galaxy dragon or an epic dragon.

So if you're trying for an Antarian, for example, you'd need Antarian+Epic or other Galaxy.

I just wish the sandbox would update so I can see what all the possible outcomes of these pairings is. Waiting is frustrating.

. . .I don't -- it can't be that the only way to breed an Antarian would be to HAVE AN ANTARIAN. Do you mean the OTHER person would have to have the dragon you're looking for? *fully admits she may be being a derp, but she is most confused*

I would like that too, just so I could plan pairings rather than picking at random. Still, got a Heat pedestal out of my last pair, so yay.

I believe that's the way it will work, yes. Breeding their Dragon you don't have with your own to get something new. At least, I assume so. They have stated that the only way to get the other Galaxy dragons is through cooperative breeding.

Yeah, I saw that bit -- I guess I just thought it was a little more randomized. Like, you could breed any two Galaxies together and get any other Galaxy. Okay then, I can work with that.
