Quiet and Hot Day

crossover_chickSeriously, had to be high 80s today -- I ended up delaying my walk until almost five in the afternoon to miss the worst of the heat. And even then I came back pretty damn sweaty, whew. . . Summer has definitely us now, folks. Though after so much snow this past winter, I'm glad of it. Bring on the heat!
Today has been mainly for mucking around -- watched Helloween play a round of a rather silly Sonic game (Sonic Adventures 2), read fanfic, hung out on tumblr, all that good stuff. I'm just not that good at motivation on weekends. I did finish off my rewrite of Chapter 15, though -- and I even got a jump start on editing the beginning of Chapter 16! So that's something. Though now that chapter looks REALLY short when compared to the others. . .maybe I should combine it with the Cardbridge one? We'll see. I also collected some information/links to said information for some of my various AUs, in a probably-futile attempt to get all the plots organized. . .you see, the problem is I come up with these things as easily as breathing, and I tend to scatter the information all over my tumblr. . . At least Forgotten Vows Verse (and its spinoffs), Secundus, and Pern Crash are pretty well taken care of.
Anyway -- sorry for those who sent me DW tags today, but I only just finished tumblr queues despite there not being a lot to do, because I got distracted by the "Changeling: The Lost" section on the White Wolf Wiki. (Also because I had to make an icon of Dr. Wilson for an RP I'm doing with an Emily who wants to adopt aaaall the Houndsditch kids. XD) They're in my inbox, and I'll get to them tomorrow. I have a hour lunchbreak now, so that helps a lot. :P As it stands, I really need to get to bed. Night all, sleep tight!
