Boring --> Stressful --> SQUEE

In order:
Boring: Work, for the most part. There weren't any special projects or emergencies, so I spent half the day on the usual suspects (imports and GL) and the other half on roster maintenance. Not much thought involved in the latter, so the afternoon dragged a bit.
Stressful: Thunderstorms blew up JUST as I was coming home -- in fact, when I got off the bus, one more or less chased me all the way to my house! I managed to outwalk it (despite some scary rumbles behind me), but as it turned out, we had laundry on the line at home, and while I tried to save it. . .well, some lightning flashing what felt like just above my head means I only got some underwear off before it all came pouring down. We actually got a TORNADO WARNING for a little while -- Narragansett Town Beach got hail, and it was just generally a mess. Not a fun thing to come home to. Fortunately it blew over rather quick.
SQUEE: I finally get on the computer, rushing around to get stuff done (and I haven't actually written anything on Chapter 16 in TWO DAYS, gah -- on the other hand, the Cardbridge stuff is giving me some real trouble, so I'm wondering if an extra delay to replay that section might be warranted) -- and I find an e-mail in one of my inboxes. Advertising a new BTTF comic series coming out in October.
With this as one of the alternate covers.
FUCKING HELL I WANT :D :D :D Look at how adorable that is, I mean seriously. . .also, proper BTTF comics! Damn, I hope they're good. . .and we're getting board games and a new Doc figure and YOU CANNOT THROW ALL THIS COOL STUFF AT ME NOW THAT I HAVE SOMETHING RESEMBLING DISPOSABLE INCOME
Whew -- anyway, let me throw up a few last things and then hit the sack. Night all!
