There was a screw-up at work -- thanks to me not realizing too late where some checks came from, some money got deposited in the wrong place, and now we have to figure out how to move it back over again. I spent most of my morning on hold trying to find someone to help me do this. >.< Not to mention it completely mucked up our paperwork for the day. Grrr. . . It's not an end-of-the-world thing, but it's still pretty annoying. Especially when you add in it being pretty hot and muggy out. Though, admittedly, that didn't affect me too badly -- hooray for air conditioned offices. And air-conditioned rooms, while we're on the subject.

Good things have happened today too though -- I got a nice bit written on Chapter 17, and I have my Loot dragon in DragonVale! Who came with the very appropriate name of Rich. XD I put one of my Platinums, Mark, into Hibernation to give Rich a place to live -- he can stay there for the nonce and keep my other two doubles company. I really have to block out some time to redesign my islands. . .maybe next long weekend.
