Overly Busy Monday Evening

-->Had to get my bus pass thanks to forgetting to get it yesterday (fortunately I had an old 15-ride pass with two rides left I saved for just such a situation, so I'm not out any extra money)

-->Had to make my muffins for breakfast (which I should have also done yesterday but I ended up working out instead)

-->A lot of personal tumblr to catch up with (I so miss the days when my freaking iPad would pick up the wireless signal as we passed Kennedy Plaza on the bus and thus let me check early)

-->Collecting candy in DragonVale -- event actually ends on the 8th, so if I'm lucky, I'll come in just under the wire for all four dragons. Pharaoh's hatched today, btw -- currently named Flare, will probably name it after an Egyptian god (Anubis?)

-->Butterfly Boy experiencing an explosion of activity, while Forgotten Vows had less to write but more to read

I needed to wait for my candy to reset before I hatched him so I'd get credit. He came with the name Inti, who according to Wikipedia is the Incan Sun God.

Mine happily was ready to hatch at the perfect time to get me a good chunk of candy. Mine was named Flare, but I went ahead and called him Anubis -- seemed to fit, ya know?

I'd wanted to call him Tutankhamun but it wouldn't fit, lol. Then I toyed with Rameses but he was a villain in The Tomorrow People (where AL's Adam is from). So I stuck with the pregen.

Ah well -- thought you could have just called him Tut. Or King Tut -- I think that would fit.
