It WAS a Meh Friday

crossover_chick-->Weather: Miserable again, and noticeably colder
-->Work: Rather boring -- there wasn't much to do beyond look for school duplicates and some roster maintenance, and not a lot of people were around
-->Bus: LATE BY TWENTY MINUTES WHAT THE HELL WHAT IS WITH THIS HAPPENING TWO FUCKING TIMES IN A ROW
So, uh, yeah, you can tell I'm seething by the time I get on the bus. I try to pull up tumblr during the brief window of "yay wifi" I get when we pass Burnside Park, and it doesn't load all the way, causing more annoyance on my part --
But it does load the tumblr version of this.
My bad mood didn't stand a chance. That is Valice adorableness incarnate, and just what I needed at the end of this freaking week. Warm fuzzies everywhere. :)
On my own writing side, I got two more giftfics done today -- both inspired by the old "Ryan North reads the novelization of the first BTTF" tumblr, which I'm rereading on my lunch breaks lately. So now I've got Gigs, Moose, Ael, Ally, and my tumblr friend Liz all taken care of. And I've got ideas for Britt & Nebby, so I can probably take care of them tomorrow. . .and yeah, another one I have to write down. . . It's good to feel inspired. :) I just hope I can fill all my slots before the big day arrives!
Speaking of slots to fill, I've got RP replies to get to. And since I'm aiming to get to bed around 1:30 at the latest, I'd better get to them fast. Night all, sleep tight!
