Conclusion: I'd say I did enjoy it, even if I didn't laugh much. It's an explicit mess -- as in, there is a fuck-ton of gore, nudity, sex, and swearing -- and some of it felt like a bit much for me. . .but you know what? The basic premise appealed to the part of me that likes the No More Heroes games. There are times where I wish my problems could be resolved via the brutal killing of real scumbags. And Ryan Reynolds definitely poured his all into Deadpool's wackier moments. Not a movie I'd recommend to anyone except true Deadpool fans, but I guess I'm glad I saw it. I get the feeling that I would have been more relaxed seeing it on my own, though. Mom and Dad were not the audience for this movie.

Not much else to say -- busy day at work, though I did manage to find some money that somebody was missing from their report. So that's nice. It was also warm enough to take a lunchtime walk, something I've been missing. Windy as hell though -- and it still is, even hours after they said it was going to calm down. Slightly worrying. . .tomorrow's supposed to be cold, but after that, they're saying it's going to be more or less a gradual slide up the temperature scale. Definitely looking forward to that.
