What a Tuesday

Busy day at work that somehow simultaneously managed to be slow in spots (really??), my bus came 40 minutes late, AND the driver almost went past the stop (fortunately I waved him down), busier-than-usual night on Forgotten Vows, and despite it being my Dad's birthday and getting told earlier there would be proper cake, which I have been looking forward to for the better part of a week -- no cake. They picked up a plain cheesecake which by their own admission was "eeh." Fortunately there were brownies from a family friend, and I had one with ice cream, but still. . . I'm not in the best mood.

Fortunately, my fanarty friend Nebby is around to keep me from going over the edge: Victoria and Victor in the Dead Rising AU, and the Adventures in Babysitting AU goes to EuroDisney. Please enjoy the arts while I go to finish up my replies for the night.
