Okay Wednesday

crossover_chickNot so much phone horribleness at work, but I had a hell of a time with the database program -- it froze up on me, then would not let me back in no matter what I did. I literally had to restart my computer to force it to work. Also exchanged calls with a woman whose report was not opening properly. . . *sigh* On the plus side, I got the initial version of my PowerPoint presentation for the CAP expo completed, so that's nice. If only that hadn't been followed up by my bus coming about a half-hour late again and slogging through traffic. . .
Ah well. I was able to channel my rage into my writing -- as I thought, Lizzie's angry ranting about "urges" survived the edit largely unscathed, though I did add a bit here or there. Bonejangles's equally-pissed-off response got some extra meat added to it, though. Good times, so to speak. Awkward recountings about hellish activities coming up next! Or, well, on Friday, since tomorrow is chapter-posting day. Yay.
Not much else to say, really -- got the AC on as it's kinda warm and muggy tonight, and I want to sleep comfortably. Just gotta finish up a thing or two, then it's off to bed for me. Just another day and a half. . . Night all!
