Holy Crap, The Afternoon Bus CAME ON TIME

And actually dropped me off at the mall at 5:03! So that was nice. Of course, RIpta can't go a day without being evil, so my morning bus broke down before my stop at work -- fortunately, we were already in the city, so I hoofed it over. Between that, a walk at lunch, and the walk at home, I got my exercise today, let me tell you.
Work itself wasn't too special -- less to catch up on than I expected. We have a little project going where we're double-checking some cash to make sure it's in the right place -- this is more complicated than it sounds. Oftentimes you have to track down a bunch of the original paperwork. . .but hey, a job's a job. And it's better than feeling like I have nothing to do.
Got a nice chunk written on Chapter 10 of "In The Land of the Dead" -- still not sure if it'll be ready for posting Thursday, but we're a good chunk of the way there. They're out of the tower and BJ's gonna end up confession his attraction soon. . . And then I get to decide if I want to add a chapter about the Liddells in Burtonsville, or a chapter of Lizzie with the Houndsditch orphans, or the two squished together somehow, or both and make the whole thing a lot longer, or if I should do the damn timeskip. Decisions. . .
Not much else to report -- though I guess I should mention another friend of mine has made birdie stickers for all your birdie sticker needs. Think that'll at least appeal to you, Moose. :) Gonna do some last reblogs, then hit the sheets (at a better time than yesterday). I've heard both nice weather and showers for tomorrow -- we'll see what happens, I guess. Night!
