Heh -- I seem to be making up for my lack of ice creamy goodness these past couple of weekends. Decided today to go ahead and get that waffle cone from Brickley's -- same flavor as my usual though, Malted Milk Ball. Yuuuummmy~ The waffle cone was nice and sweet and crisp, and the ice cream really creamy. I liked it a lot. :) Good ending to the walk I took today -- weather was great, hot but not particularly humid. Good way to end August, I think.

Other Things I Did:

-->Wrote some more on Chapter 11 of "In The Land of the Dead" -- the group's at their table, and discussing the multicultural nature of Bonejangles's family (two of his sisters marry foreign men -- one Spanish, one French). Going to surprise Mrs. Thatcher with Paul soon.

-->Played some Sims 4 -- Marty and Jennifer had another date, this time heading to Oasis Springs and the Rattlesnake Juice bar. Another Gold-level reward was achieved -- I put the resultant "wine in ice bucket" reward outside as a decoration for their new pool area, along with a couple of outside chairs. Always nice to have cuties acting cute.

-->Watched Linkara take on the Batman & Robin official comic adaptation, which is just as goofy-bad as the actual film. Linkara making fun of Freeze's constant ice puns is a pleasure. XD

-->Watched the Nostalgia Critic go over every Looney Tunes movie. I was surprised to discover there were a lot of "compilation movies" back in the day -- basically, theatrical releases of a bunch of shorts with a new framing device added. Still, the first few looked fun at least. Certainly better than some of the later stuff we got from Bugs and the gang. Sometimes I think they're just not meant for the big screen.

-->Watched Helloween give his opinion on a few games, namely Phantaruk -- an indie horror sci-fi game made with Unity -- and Attack on Titan the PC Port. He said both were good but had some flaws in how they controlled, and that the multiplayer on the second desperately needs to be fixed as it's nonfunctional (as in, it keeps crashing the game). But he enjoyed his time in both and really praised the voice acting in the first. I think he wants the Russian guy giving us story exposition to narrate his life. XD

Aaand that's about it at the moment. Doing the RP thing on Forgotten Vows, as I do. And I've got some stuff to answer, so lemme get on that. Night!

I told you I'd get you something before Monday. :D

Still untitled Secundus Fair fic: Chapter One, Chapter Two, Trivia and In-Jokes.

And no, the thing that's brought up towards the end of chapter two is not going to be the main threat. Or is it? XD *actually has more than one idea at this point so~...dunno*

Still rough around the edges since I'm mostly writing during downtime at work and, again, I didn't get the chance to really think about the story while I was at the real fair. It still needs polishing up and stuff, but there ya go. It's somethin'. :p

Sorry for all the edits. That's what I get for trying to respond on my phone. :/

Anyways, it's okay. Their cameo was only going to be right there at the end of chapter two as a red herring anyway in the spirit of the games. Or rather in the spirit of Scott, the developer. Apparently he likes to troll his fanbase by posting things on his website that aren't what they seem.

I had...well, not nightmares but weird dreams myself when I started watching the LP (I got to tell them off for bugging me while I was trying to sleep, lol), so I get it.

Actually if it'll help I'll tell you outright that no one's getting killed in my story. I can't bring myself to write something like that in a universe I love. :) Besides I don't think Victor would forgive me if I did, haha.
