Very Monday Indeed

-->Major slowdown on the way to work (I think there was an accident)

-->Boring work day interspersed with moments of frustration (namely a guy's credit card not running which required finagling on our end)

-->Bus a little late in the afternoon and running into more traffic (still got home about 5:12 though)

-->GENE WILDER'S DEATH ANNOUNCED (seriously, I do not like the realization that I'm probably going to live to see a lot of my favorite actors die)

*siiiiigh* All right, what are the pluses to balance this all out:

-->Decent weather -- got pretty damn hot, but the humidity stayed low

-->Got another good chunk done on Chapter 11 of "In The Land of the Dead" (the secret about Bonejangles being mixed-race is out)

-->Got the Olympus Reward habitat from the Prize Pavilion in DragonVale for my upcoming Olympus dragons -- did the math and I could afford it on top of the remaining dragons I need to get

-->Breakfast for supper (meaning chocolate-chip pancakes for me) and homemade (by a friend of the family) chocolate chip cookies for dessert

Scales are not exactly even, but at least this day hasn't been a complete wash. Still, I'm hoping Tuesday's an improvement. Time to wrap up replies and hit the sheets -- night all!

Antoinette decided to watch Inside Out tonight and I remembered something I mused about a while ago and thought I'd mention it (but didn't go to the entry where you saw it because lazy and why bother lol).

Anyways, I wondered if your muses and my "The Guys" (essentially if someone is obsessing over something/someone or has a crush on someone) all roam around whatever little pocket dimension the Emotions live in in our own heads. And in my case occasionally wander into Dream Productions, lol. :)

Maybe? *wants to come up with something clever for what that would make the Inkwell but is having a brain blank* And I'm sure mine are in Dream Productions plenty too, it's just the memory-making device is almost always on the fritz when it comes to dreams.
