Miserable Weather Tuesday

crossover_chickIt started raining like whoa this afternoon -- and lucky me, the gutter beneath my window is all clogged up, so my window was leaking! Fortunately we have recessed windows with big sills, but it was a pretty freaking huge puddle. We piled paper towels in front of it to keep things somewhat under control, but who knows how well it'll work. . .at least tomorrow's supposed to be nicer.
Had the CAP workshop today -- lots of new information out there, but a lot of confusion flying around too. This whole project seems tangled and twisted and all those other words too. One of these days I suppose we'll get it on track. . . Also more file editing -- I am going to be SO GLAD to just have that done and over with. It's worse than regular roster maintenance. Bleh. Then it was a slow and rainy ride home, which at least allowed me to get caught up on tumblr, and chicken noodle soup while fighting with the TV (the remote wasn't turning it on for a bit). But we did get to see our Whose Line ep eventually (we found a way to finally watch all the seasons!), and I got LibreOffice updated and finished off the last section of Chapter 5 of "Remembering You!" So some good things happened today too.
