Distracted Night

crossover_chickWhich isn't really good because I DO have work tomorrow, even if it's only a half-day... So here's a quick round-up of the important bits:
-->Spent a good chunk of the work day wondering why I couldn't remotely deposit checks suddenly. Am still not sure, but at least the issue seems to have hit the right person now. I hope. *shrug*
-->Got a check from the law office that did our mortgage papers -- turns out they'd had us pay for our insurance as part of our closing costs when we'd already paid it up-front to Nationwide (despite us TELLING our contact at the bank this), so they just refunded us that money. Which is good, because we could use it. Just a matter of getting it into a bank now...
-->More snippet editing, as that is what I do now. Planning on getting back to "Fixing You" in August, since the final "get everything up here" push is happening this weekend and I need my mental energy for that.
-->Did a little more queuing on tumblr and saving a few things as drafts (that was the main cause of distraction, in fact -- I kept reading fanfics on there)
And considering it's 11:45, I should really just hit the sack now. Answered most of the things I was supposed to answer, anyway (including two comments on Demolition Lovers which made me realize just how depressing it is... I need to write/post more happy Valice.) Night all!
