All Over The Place Sunday

-->Successfully drove over what feels like half the state this morning -- took the highway, the back roads, did some lane changes, the whole shebang. We also finally got Mom a good pair of work shoes -- she wanted a specific brand, and there was only ONE in the entire section. Fortunately they fit her well.
-->Got lunch from our new favorite restaurant, Twin's Pizza -- my first time actually GOING to the place! Mom decided we might as well pick up food from there -- she and I got spinach pies, while Dad got a sausage and meatball sub. The spinach pie was rather hot, but tasty -- I don't know what they put in the dough, but it was freaking delicious. Honestly, best food out I've ever had, I think. (Except maybe for Dunn's Corners fries. . .combine those with these spinach pies, and I think you've got a hell of a meal.)
-->Wrote some more "Secundus 2" -- the gang has officially arrived in Hill Valley, and Victor has gotten his Doc and Marty hug. :) Sweet moments are sweet~
-->Got back on Sims 4 after cleaning out and updating what custom content I could. No new expansion pack yet, but I had some fun times with Emma, Victor, and Alice. Emma's maxed out her Imagination skill -- three more skills to go! And I had Alice invite Vlad over for a bit and up their relationship a tad to get her a little closer to impending vampiredom. I'm thinking, the next time I play them, I might do a first for me and Sims -- send them to visit somebody's house. After all, it might behoove Victor to gather some Plasmafruit for his garden. . .
-->Caught up on all my Helloween, including the continuing adventures of Detective Budget in The Evil Within 2 (game continues to look pretty but be ridiculous in many ways -- also clipping) and the continuing adventures of Simon the Bondage Vampire Killer in Super Castlevania IV (Helloween had an embarrassing moment of muting his microphone and had to rerecord part of the set). Also watched the latest "Wags to Riches" by The Sim Supply -- mostly a renovation episode. But that is James in his element, so it was good watching. Even if he spent all his previous funds on windows. XD

The Bad:
-->Getting back into Sims was preceded by a terrifying error message announcing one of my game files was corrupted and I needed to repair or reinstall through Origin. Having no CLUE what this meant, I Googled it -- and fortunately stumbled upon someone who had answered this question for someone else and knew exactly what to do (right-click on the game's icon in my library and look for a "Repair" option in the menu). Did that, and game was ready to go. Makes me really glad I made a back-up of my saves, though!
-->Got my period today! Fortunately right after driving and without ruining any of my clothes, but still. Hasn't done wonders for my mood or concentration. Bleh.
-->Aaand getting all this done means I'm up way too late for a work night again and need to go to bed like NOW. *wince* Or, uh, probably after getting a pain pill for these cramps. Ow. . . So yeah, night all. Hopefully tomorrow won't be too crazy. . .
