Typical Work Day

crossover_chickAlthough I've gotten a break from roster maintenance to create databases for mailing things. It's not particularly thrilling work, but it is something different, and I always appreciate that. Plus, we're kind of running OUT of roster maintenance now, so -- yeah. Good to have something else to do!
More "Secundus 2" when I got home -- the gang is finally inside the Palace Saloon, and mass introductions have been made between them and the McFly family by Marty. Right in time for Gordon Tannen, aka Victor's childhood bully, to interrupt. Rather looking forward to writing the next part -- it promises to be an interesting conversation! XD I also posted the next chapter of Imagine Me And You to AO3. It's very domestic fluff, for those who like that. :) I hesitate to call it the "last" chapter, as I do have an idea for at least one more bit, but I'm planning on keeping it last chronologically. It's a good point for this mini-collection to end on.
Spared twenty minutes to watch The Sim Supply play The Sims Mobile -- while the graphics are shockingly good for a mobile game, and I like how they managed to incorporate some of the better parts of CAS -- well, as James showed, they honestly think some people will pay EIGHTY DOLLARS (AUSTRALIAN, BUT EVEN STILL) to unlock a bedroom set. Or over a thousand to get a bunch of in-game special currency. Those are not MICROtransactions. Plus I'm not a fan of the gameplay on offer, where you have to level up and unlock stuff. That's not Sims to me. I like having the vast majority of my shit available from day one. While I'll probably watch James play it if he does more videos, it's definitely not something I'd pick up for myself.
And then the rest of the evening has been mainly setting up queues -- both Valice Multiverse and VictorLuvsAlice. So yeah, definitely some productivity to be had. Just wish it didn't come at the expense of my sleep schedule. One of these days I will be able to slide my bedtime back closer to 11:30! In the meantime, good night!
