Combination of period and cold, I suspect -- there's been periods on and off today where I've been feeling a little woozy. I'm really hoping I'm on the tail end of this cold now -- we'll see as the week goes on, I guess. For now, what I accomplished:

-->Wrote a ficlet for "Imagine Me And You" for Forgotten Vows, since I'm at a chapter break in "Fixing You" -- a moment in Chester's infancy where Alice catches Victor crying over his crib, and Victor explains he's just realizing how close he came to missing all this. It's a kind of sweetly sad little thing, and I've been meaning to write it for a while. Probably not gonna go up this week (I want to give it an editing pass, especially with how I've been feeling today), but maybe the next?

-->Watched all three parts of Helloween's Co-Op LP with Klyka for Resident Evil 6. Currently, game is goofy with numerous technical glitches (Klyka got savaged by a headless zombie) and QTE deaths (Klyka has a problem getting away from oncoming subway trains). It's all good fun with Hells and Klyka taking the piss out of everything that moves, basically. XD

-->Watched both last week's and this week's Linkara episodes -- "Legion of Superheroes: The Great Darkness Saga" (a good story perhaps a bit hampered by being written in the Silver Age, but with lots of cool heroics and the team going up against a powerful, dangerous villain) and the first issue of "James Bond Jr" (a silly, rather stupid story hampered greatly by being a 90s tie-in comic to a silly cartoon about James Bond's nephew, featuring implausible heroics against a very goofy villain). Both good times, though for very different reasons.

-->Played BioShock 2 -- got my second Little Sister, completed both of her gathering missions (note to self, if you're out of trap rivets, remember you can make Cyclone Traps!), defeated the Big Sister that appeared after the second one, and researched a Heavy splicer with the Camera and got the Drill Dash, which I need to actually progress the story. Game shockingly did not crash today, though I reloaded a fair number of times after stupid deaths and bad hacking attempts. I really need to get into the habit of looking out for splicers on top of buildings -- I lose more health to those assholes. . . At least I'm slowly but surely getting better at the hacking minigame. Still miss the one from the first game though. Lot more fun in my opinion. Gonna start my next playsession by spending some Adam on Health and Eve upgrades at the very least.

-->Watched a couple of Sim videos from Deli -- a "random genetics challenge" video (she got a pretty good-looking Sim) and a look at how the new Laundry Day Stuff pack functions (laundry in the Sims is an interesting and fairly uncomplicated affair, although how time-consuming it is depends on whether you've got modern-day objects or the old washbin and clothesline).

-->Sorted out some of the pictures for an upcoming Sims update -- which is going to be freaking QUADRUPLE-SIZE because of all of the pictures I want to share. O.o To be fair, a lot happened -- Alice using her vampire powers, Emma becoming a child, and me upgrading the Van Dort house some more. Still, wow. Was NOT expecting that. And the next update might be bigger than usual too. We'll see! (This is why I need the queue buffer, wow. . .)

-->Got all my comments answered in my inbox, which is good. Keeping up with things, yay~

And that's about it. Gonna go take my Nyquil and then head to bed -- got work in the morning, want to have a clear head so I can drive in without issue. Fingers crossed I'm over both the worst of my illness and my period exhaustion soon! Night all!
