Certainly better than the low point that was yesterday. Traffic wasn't quite as bad (although I'm sure it was helped by the fact Mom and I left a little earlier), and work wasn't quite as stressful (we did find a new pledge problem, but I got a LOT more done, including doing my first envelope mail merge, yay~). Dad was in a better mood, Mom -- well, actually Mom had to put up with some bullshit at work, but she's got the weekend off, same as me, so that helps.

I also managed to accomplish a few things, including:

-->Another page on "Fixing You" -- editing Alice finally confronting Victor on the fact that he's not fine and giving him some sage advice. Still working on some of the wording I want to use, but I think it's coming together pretty well.

-->Getting a bit more of my VictorLuvsAlice queue done -- at least I'm set for tomorrow, which is better than I can say for last weekend.

-->Watched some videos, including Deli's take on the Solid Color Build Challenge (she did blue; ended up going for more of a blue-grey theme, but she built a pretty interesting house); James doing an Inverted Colors Build (where you invert your monitor colors and try to make something nice -- he did pretty well, and used an awesome purple wallpaper that he wasn't fond of but I liked); and a couple of Fun With Shorts (one about manners, featuring a young man so polite he's not even real; and one about a kid who has a bicycle accident and his big brother goes off to find out why and point out all his shortcomings instead of telling their parents).

So yeah, not too bad a Friday night. Still need to do my Valice Multiverse queue, but I'm working on that right now. Also need to answer one last comment in my inbox, and I've got some messages on tumblr. . . One thing at a time, Vic! Off to be productive again -- night all!
